Book Cleanup

Our book cleanup service serves as the starting point for getting you organized. We collect any bills, payment receipts, etc. that you may have and work to categorize, create attachments, and reconcile all financial transactions that have not been previously handled. Once the books are "clean", you can hire an in-house bookkeeper or let us take care of the day to day bookkeeping for you! We have a $600 minimum on this service. This buys eight hours of work. In the event that the $600 retainer is exhausted, an hourly rate of $75 will apply.

QuickBooks Desktop/Excel/Paper Ledger Migration 

Our QuickBooks Desktop/Excel/Paper Ledger Migration Service is ideal for a business that is ready to upgrade to a cloud-based solution. By far, QuickBooks Online is the most popular solution. The process begins with you sending us copies of your files or documents via email or physical mail. We then  enter/convert that data and migrate you to QuickBooks Online. We have a $600 minimum for this service. This buys eight hours of work. In the event that the $600 retainer is exhausted, an hourly rate of $75 will apply.

Administrative Services

We can handle Secretary of State renewals, business license renewals (If they can be renewed online), and similar tasks by the hour. Our hourly rate is $75 per hour with a $75 minimum.

Basic Bookkeeping Package

If you are a business that already has someone handling the bills, invoicing, and payroll, our Basic Bookkeeping Package is for you! This package includes:
 

  • Recording of all financial transactions

  • Matching receipts to transactions

  • Monthly reconciliation of business bank/credit accounts

  • Monthly financial reports as needed

  • Ability to answer questions via phone/email,  Basic review of liability accounts,, profitability, or cashflow to ensure your operation stays profitable!


This package starts at $450 per month. Transaction volume, number of accounts, and report requirements will affect pricing.

Bookkeeping + AR or AP

This package includes all the functions of the basic package, with the addition of AP or AR management. This package is ideal for an operation that needs the books taken care of, along with paying the bills, or invoicing. We developed this package because we found that some farmers have someone already doing their invoicing, but need help with the bills. Conversely, they may have someone paying/tracking the bills, but need involving services.
This package includes either AP management or AR management, but not both.

This package starts at $750 per month. 
Transaction volume, number of accounts, invoicing or vendor requirements, and report requirements will affect pricing.

Bookkeeping + AR & AP

This package is ideal for an operation that needs a turn-key solution to their books and business administration, but has payroll taken care of by an outside entity. This package includes:
 

  • Recording of all financial transactions

  • Matching receipts to transactions

  • Monthly reconciliation of business bank/credit accounts

  • Monthly financial reports as needed

  • Ability to answer questions via phone/email,  Basic review of liability accounts,, profitability, or cashflow to ensure your operation stays profitable!

  • Management of accounts payable

  • Management of accounts receivable

  • Weekly reports of vendors owed, and/or paid

  • Weekly report of invoices sent and/or paid.

This package starts at $1000 per month.. Transaction volume, number of accounts, invoicing/vendor requirements, and report requirements will affect pricing.

Payroll

We offer our payroll service as an add-on for our bookkeeping clients.
We use QuickBooks Online Payroll. Pricing varies depending on business structure, number of employees, paper checks vs direct deposit, and  frequency.

Agricultural Virtual Assistant Package

Our virtual assistant package is perfect the farmer or rancher who may not need help bookkeeping, but does need a helping hand with day to day business tasks.

 

While each client will have a different set of needs, this package generally includes:
 

  • Inbox management

  • Calendar management 

  • Business travel planning

  • Appointment reminders


This package starts at $1000 per month and will vary according to the needs of each individual client.
